최근 당사 아티스트의 개인 소셜미디어 해킹 및 사생활이 담긴 사진 등의 무단 유포 사례가 발생하였습니다. 이에 대해 당사는 여러 차례 자제와 중단을 요청드렸으나, 안타깝게도 이러한 불법행위가 이어졌으며, 심지어 2차 가해로까지 확대되는 상황입니다.

갈수록 심각해지는 아티스트의 온·오프라인 사생활 침해, 루머 생성, 인신공격 등 각종 불법행위로 인해 아티스트뿐만 아니라 그들을 응원해주시는 팬 여러분께도 피해가 미치고 있다고 판단하여, 당사는 이에 단호히 대처하기 위해 법적 절차를 진행하기로 결정했습니다. 현재 충분한 증거를 확보한 상태이며, 법무법인 시선의 백재욱 변호사를 통해 형사고소 및 민사상 손해배상 청구를 진행 중임을 알려드립니다.

당사는 아티스트와 팬 여러분의 권익 보호를 위해 이번 사안에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용할 예정이며, 어떠한 선처도 없이 민·형사 및 행정적 조치를 강력히 취할 것임을 분명히 말씀드립니다. 앞으로도 아티스트와 팬 여러분을 위한 최선의 노력을 다하겠습니다.

Recently, incidents of hacking into our artist's personal social media accounts and the unauthorized distribution of private photos have come to our attention. Despite our repeated requests for restraint and cessation, these illegal activities have unfortunately continued and have even escalated into secondary harm.

The increasing severity of various unlawful acts—including invasions of the artist’s privacy both online and offline, the spread of false rumors, and personal attacks—not only affects the artist but also harms the fans who support them. As such, we have decided to take firm legal action to address these matters. We have already gathered sufficient evidence and are currently proceeding with criminal complaints and civil damages claims through Attorney Baek Jae Uck of Law Firm SEESUN.

To protect the rights and interests of our artist and fans, we will apply a zero-tolerance policy in this matter. We make it clear that no leniency will be granted, and we will pursue all possible civil, criminal, and administrative actions to the fullest extent of the law.
